Julia Qian

Julia is the founder of Redefine. She works at McKinsey & Company as a business analyst in Chicago.Graduated from Barnard College in 2015, Julia majored in History and was the first Chinese to be the student government president



Vera Shi

Vera is the lead for 2017 conference and co-led 2016 conference. She works as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Vera obtained dual degrees from Westminster College in Salt Lake City and Nankai University in Tianjin


Emma Sun

Emma is the co-lead for online leadership track and was the special project manager in 2016. She is a senior in Nankai University studying economics. She has pursued her interest in investment management through several internships


Marketing team

Yuxin Yang

Yuxin is the co-lead for our marketing team. She is a current graduate student at Stanford pursuing a degree in EE & CE, after graduating from Columbia University. She has previously worked at Google and CERN

Sunny Jiang

Sunny is the lead for our online leadership track. She graduated from Smith College with triple majors: Economics, Math & Stats, and Psychology. She is a research associate at Eaton Vance after interning at Black Rocks and Bain & Company

Yixi Chen

Yixi is the lead for our internal personal and professional development team. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in economics and history. She is now an associate analyst for Mastercard Advisors.




Fenco lin 


Fenco is the lead for 2017 summer camp and co-led 2016 conference. She is pursing her passion in fashion at Bloomingdale's as omni junior merchant. Fenco graduated from Barnard College with dual degrees in urban studies and art history
