2019 marks the 4th year of Redefine Annual Conference - our most significant and well-received educational event, dedicated to serving Chinese women overseas, hundreds at a time.

This year we focus on inspiring and empowering more women to challenge themselves and reach out of their comfort zones. Whether you are a freshman wondering about your future or a working professional seeking for a transition, our conference will bring you the tailored experience and exposure to help you leap forward.

We are pleased to offer keynote and panel speakers full of inspiring stories and words of wisdom from brilliant and talented female leaders and entrepreneurs, such as Vera Wang, Amy Jin, and Sogal Ventures. To continue the tradition of building practical skills, Find Lesson series will guide students to discover their true passion and learn how to network. Career Skill-Building Workshops will sharpen working professionals' financial and marketing acumen. LCP Career Round Table brings successful young professionals from various industries close to you to share their insights and their career stories. Last but not least, we've reached outside of our comfort zone to bring you contents that are intimate - Round Table discussing dating & romantic relationship, as well as a mental health workshop presented by Been There to teach effective listening.

王大宝/Vera Wang

From an international student to the CEO of her own PR company, Vera Wang spent six years to make her dream come true.

In 2015, she sent out her first article on WeChat platform and began her career as a fashion blogger since then. However, Vera had always been hoping to take one step further and pursue greater breakthroughs. After carefully examining her strengths and interests as well as accurately identifying the market demand, Vera founded her own public relations company WG Empire in 2017.

Applying her knowledge of both Chinese and American culture and taking the advantages of her connections and experience with social media, she created a platform to connect the Chinese and American market. WG Empire helps companies with brand management, public relations, event planning, and identifying potential markets. So far, WG Empire has successfully assisted Tmall, WeChat Payment, Harbin Brewery, and Budweiser to enter overseas markets, and helped foreign brands such as Dior and Montblanc to find a position in the Chinese market.
